No complaints whatsoever, the venue exceeded high expectations, would recommend it. Everything was great, so were absolutely fabulous views on the beach and the sunset. The staff was great and kind, some of them especially. The location was brilliant, 20 minutes' walk to the centre. Easily reached Happy Gathering, located at a medium distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The location was good and lovely - walking distance to restaurants and casinos. I came across The Red Lion, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, offered nice shots. I have stayed in double room with kettle and renewed toilet for 3 nights.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at beach restaurant for dinner. The location was nice and ideal, close to the ferry, the hotel overlooked the sea. Further, it was close enough to the beach and the sunset, and the sea.

The setting was wonderful and brilliant, near to beautiful beach as well as Ferry terminal. I visited Crousti' Gourmet, plus it was located nearby. The breakfast was great, there was a lot of food to chose from.

Pleasant staff and incredible and lovely location adjacent to the Riva Bella for one night after taking the ferry from Portsmouth to Caen, ferry, and Lovely to be so close to the sea. Overall clean and wonderful hotel with particularly good location in the casino next door, just what I needed. Location: the property was very close to Lovely to be so close to the sea, walking distance to bars and the beach in Ouisterham. Also, it was super close to Casino Barriere Ouistreham. Thoroughly enjoyed the beach restaurant for dinner.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.
